Refund Policy
Tiny Home Finder Australia
1. Free Property Assessment and Supplier Matching
As no payment is required to complete the free assessment or request a supplier match, there is generally no amount to refund for these services.
Completing an assessment or receiving a supplier introduction does not require you to purchase a dwelling, engage a supplier or proceed with a project.
2. Payments Made Directly to Tiny Home Finder Australia
Where a paid service supplied directly by Tiny Home Finder Australia does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and may include correcting the service, cancellation, a partial refund or a full refund where required by law.
3. Payments Made to Third-Party Suppliers
Payments, deposits, cancellation charges and refund requests relating to a supplier’s products or services are generally governed by the agreement and refund terms between you and that supplier, together with any rights available under applicable law.
Tiny Home Finder Australia does not receive or control refunds owed by an independent supplier unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Change of Mind
Any discretionary change-of-mind refund offered by us will be considered according to the circumstances and any terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Property, Approval and Financial Outcomes
Our assessments, calculators, comparisons and recommendations are intended to provide general and indicative information only.
Property suitability, planning and building requirements, site costs, supplier pricing and rental outcomes depend on individual circumstances and should be independently confirmed where appropriate.
6. Requesting a Refund
Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant transaction and understand your request.
Where a refund is approved or required by law, it will ordinarily be returned using the original payment method unless another method is agreed with you.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Where a service has a major problem or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, remedies may include cancellation, a refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances.
If there is any inconsistency between this Refund Policy and a right that cannot legally be excluded, the applicable consumer law will prevail.
